TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS
A Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is a review of learning and development needs within an organisation. It considers the knowledge, skill, and behaviours that people need and how to develop them effectively.
My extensive HR and Organisational Development background allows me to undertake TNA via a range of methods including ADDIE and Action Mapping, which can also involve stakeholder consultation, skills assessments, surveys, performance review analysis, and investigation.
